VENDOR MARKETPLACE

Hosted by the McFarland Chamber of Commerce - the McFarland Community Festival vendor marketplace will be open Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parking lot of E.D. Locke Public Library. In order to be considered to participate, please submit form by September 1, 2025.

Note: a pop-up canopy is required.

Please provide a brief description.

A Direct Seller Permit is required through the Village of McFarland if you are selling a pre-made/manufactured item. If you are selling something home/handmade, no permit is required. Here is access to the Direct Seller Permit Application.

Electrical power can be provided by the festival, but is limited to one outlet. One extension cord/connection to the turtle, not to exceed 200 amps.

The festival can provide an 8-foot by 2.5-foot table and two chairs.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All booth reservations are subject to availability. Reservation fees will by refunded, minus a $35 cancelation fee until September 15, 2025. No refunds will be given after that date.

  • McFarland Community Festival shall have the right to refuse any vendor for any reason whatsoever; provided however, such refusal shall not be based on vendor's race, religion, sex, gender, national origin, or disability.
