Hosted by the McFarland Chamber of Commerce - the McFarland Community Festival vendor marketplace will be open Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of E.D. Locke Public Library. In order to be considered to participate, please submit form by September 1, 2026.

Note: a pop-up canopy is required.

We will not accept applications from commercial service providers, corporate franchises, national brands, or booths operating solely for informational or lead-generation purposes.

Electrical power can be provided by the festival, but is limited to one outlet. One extension cord/connection to the turtle, not to exceed 200 amps.

The festival can provide an 8-foot by 2.5-foot table and two chairs.

Terms & Conditions:

McFarland Community Festival reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. To maintain a community-focused boutique market, eligibility is limited strictly to makers, artisans, and direct retail. Applications from commercial service providers, corporate franchises, or lead-generation operations will not be accepted. Refusal of any vendor shall never be based on race, religion, sex, gender, national origin, or disability.
All booth reservations are subject to availability. Reservation fees will be refunded, minus a $20 cancelation fee until September 14, 2026. No refunds will be given after that date.
