The McFarland Community Festival vendor fair will be open Saturday, September 24th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, September 25th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In order to be considered to participate, please submit form by August 26, 2022.

McFarland Community Festival will NOT limit the number of vendors of similar businesses, however, booth space will be awarded to the first registration received from representatives from the same company.

A Direct Seller Permit is required through the Village of McFarland if you are selling a pre-made/manufactured item. If you are selling something home or handmade, no permit is required. Here is a link to the Direct Sellers Permit.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All booth reservations are subject to availability. Reservation fees will be refunded, minus a $35 cancellation fee until September 1, 2022. No refunds will be made after that time.

  • McFarland Community Festival shall have the right to refuse any vendor for any reason whatsoever; provided however, such refusal shall not be based on vendor’s race, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.
